Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and GHOST AI TECHNOLOGIES, an establishment licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (Licence No. CN-6755606) (“Ghost”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or apps you accept these Terms. Services delivered to business clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which prevails over these Terms where they conflict.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to scrape content beyond what search engines ordinarily do.

2. Our applications

Our apps, including Ghost VPN, are licensed to you, not sold. Subject to these Terms and the applicable app-store terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use each app on devices you own or control.

3. Acceptable use of Ghost VPN

Ghost VPN is a privacy tool. You agree not to use it to:

• break any applicable law, including laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the country where a server is located;
• send spam, launch attacks, distribute malware, or attempt to access systems without authorisation;
• infringe intellectual-property rights or distribute unlawful content;
• circumvent limits of the free tier, resell access, or reverse-engineer the service or its enrolment protocol.

We may suspend or remove a device's enrolment where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms.

4. Free and paid tiers

Free-tier access is provided as-is, with a limited number of server locations and device slots, and may change or be withdrawn. If we introduce paid features, they will be sold through the app store's in-app purchase system and governed by that store's terms, including refunds.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep our services running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Servers may be taken offline for maintenance, capacity or security reasons.

6. Intellectual property

The website, apps, logos and content are owned by GHOST AI TECHNOLOGIES or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Open-source components are used under their respective licences, which are listed inside the apps where required. WireGuard® is a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we process and why. It forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GHOST AI TECHNOLOGIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or apps. Our total liability for any claim relating to a free service is limited to AED 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Termination

You may stop using our apps at any time by removing your profile and deleting the app. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at https://error.ae/terms, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
